a Family Values guy, looking for a Family Values girl..

There are so few people who hold family in high regard these days. It seems like the focus is more on Career, personal success, and having statues and accolades in your honor rather than kids with your ideals. Any family is an afterthought, an accident, or outright avoided by many people these days. I'm not that kind of person. I'm a family values person, i hold family in high regard. The one thing i want more than anything else is a family of my own. And i hope to find a woman who shares that same passion. Job's, education, its a means to an end as far as i'm concerned. As far as my other interests go - I love stargazing, astronomy, basketball, and getting outside whenever i can (which isnt much these days). That doesnt mean i dont like to relax indoors though. I play video games, watch movies, and generally stay inside and get comfortable when it's raining. Religion is also important to me too. I'm a christian baptist, not a southern baptist though. Which means i'm not really a fundamentalist and i can't quote you passages, but that doesnt mean i dont take it seriously. I have had several key events happen in my life that have proven to me God has always been watching over me (something we might discuss if you get to know me more), and i regret the days where i didnt really take my religion seriously. I'm trying to become more involved and knowledgeable, but on this side of the country there arent many religious communities. Politically, i'm a republican through and through. Strong National Defense, abortion is an absolute no no, and i'm quite confident Obama is likely a demon spawn sent from hell itself (ok that's a joke, but i think he's a bad president). Which leads to one other thing i should probably mention, i have a huge sense of humor. So you'll need to be able to deal with that. I make a lot of bad jokes, my timing is off, i frequently make a fool of myself, and am a fan of sarcastic humor.
